
Origami Works Foundation is thrilled to announce that Talent Connections: Your Guide to Leveraging Chicago's Workforce Investments is here! This book is the culmination of years of research, interviews, and collaboration, and we couldn’t be prouder to share it with you.
Last month, we hosted the launch party for Talent Connections and we are still buzzing from the excitement! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the book and all of the attendees for showing up and adding to the conversation. This project is a success because of the collaboration that went into it every step of the way.

Talent Connections is a step by step guide that uses employer language to meet employers new to the workforce ecosystem where they are. It is both a resource and a guide that provides actionable step and solutions for engaging with the workforce ecosystem and solving talent challenges.
However, this is not just a book for employers! Talent Connections can be used as a tool by anyone in workforce development to educate your partners on the workforce ecosystem, with tools to help them identify their own goals. We highlight pragmatic solutions to the common concerns of employers, so more employers can benefit from all that Chicago and suburban Cook County has to offer.
